What we expect from you & the work schedule

As far as works goes, we expect punctuality, conscientiousness and diligency. Our schedules are sometimes fluid, but on most days during the week (Monday to Friday),  you will work between 11.00 to 20.00. You will have plenty of time to relax, explore the city, the country, or do whatever on the weekends. From time to time, there will be events and activities (like community events, trips with the kids and families, summer camps etc.), that will take place on a Saturday or Sunday, or both! In these cases you’ll be expected to participate and help out with the activity, but on most weekends you will be free. Also, do you like meetings? Yes? Great! There will also be meetings. Probably more than one a week. Who doesn’t like meetings?

Other than that, we expect that you to be level-headed, respectful and open minded.

Come work with us and bring a smile to our community!
